Do I need to refrigerate the products?

No, you do not need to refrigerate your Mirbel Naturals products! 🙌 All products are made with broad-spectrum preservatives so they will last a year after opening, right on your bathroom shelf.

Is there fragrance in the products?

No synthetic fragrance oils are used in the Miribel Naturals products; only essential oils.

Will your products work for my hair type?

Why doesn't your hair cleanser lather?

Products that lather have surfactants. The Miribel Naturals hair cleanser does not contain any surfactants. Instead, it gently cleans with apple cider vinegar and tea tree oil. The Miribel Naturals hair cleanser will not deep clean or clarify your hair.

Shipping Questions

How long will it take for my order to ship?

We try to fulfill orders as quickly as possible; however, during high volume seasons and sales, orders can take up to 10 days to fulfill. This does not include shipping times. If you pay for an expedited mail service, this will take effect once your order is fulfilled and dropped off at the post office.

What do I do if I gave you the wrong shipping address?

If you gave the incorrect shipping address and your order has not yet shipped, please contact hello@miribelnaturals.com.

My package was returned to sender. Now what?

If your package was returned to us because an incorrect address was provided we can either refund you for the items, excluding shipping costs, or for an additional shipping fee, re-ship the products to the correct address.

My package is taking longer than expected. Why?

Unfortunately, Miribel Naturals has no ties to any postal carrier and cannot see any additional information regarding delivery or tracking than you. If your package is taking longer than expected, please contact the carrier directly.

My tracking says delivered, but I don't have my package. What do I do?

Miribel Naturals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a status of delivered. If you experience this, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and filing a claim. We are happy to provide as much information as possible for the claim; however, Miribel Naturals cannot contact the carrier directly. We highly recommend purchasing priority mail shipping, over first class mail, as it comes with insurance on your package.

What do I do if my package arrived damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@miribelnaturals.com with photos of the damaged products.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship world-wide! Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for customs costs.

Refund Questions

What is your refund policy?

If you are dissatisfied with your Miribel Naturals products, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Miribel Naturals cannot refund the cost of shipping, and you must return the product(s) you wish to return. If you'd like store credit, and are in the U.S., Miribel Naturals will cover the cost of shipping for your returned product(s). If you would like to receive your money back the way you paid, and are in the U.S., you will be charged $7.95 for a return label. International returns will be charged the cost of the return label.

To start the process of returning your Miribel Naturals product(s), please visit our return portal.

Once the items are received and inspected, we can issue a refund the way your item was purchased or issue your store credit. If you purchased a bundle (styling duo, cleansing, duo, complete set, etc.), you cannot return individual items.

What do I do if I want to cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you can email hello@miribelnaturals.com to cancel your order and receive a refund.
